19.25k Oval Our Lady of Carmel Medal

Also referred to as Nossa Senhora do Carmo, this Our Lady of Carmel medallion depicts the Blessed Virgin Mary holding the scapular with angels by her feet.  She is known as the patroness of the Carmelite Order. The soft rosey tone of this gold pendant is traditionally religious. The belief that Carmel is the symbol of the contemplative life centered on prayer and closeness with God.
