Where is your Portuguese jewellery from?

All of our 19.25k jewellery is from northern Portugal.

Where do you complete your custom jewellery and repairs?

Offsite, but still local in Toronto at our trusted goldsmith offices.

Do you keep track of my previous orders?

Yes, we try our best to keep track of previously purchased gold and diamond jewellery. By creating a profile online you will be able to track and keep tabs on all the orders you have placed.

How long does a jewellery engraving take?

Approximately 1-2 weeks.

How to find out my finger size?

Here are some suggestions:

  • If you already own a ring that fits the appropriate finger, measure the inside diameter in mm and refer to our sizing chart.
  • Comfortably wear a piece of string around your finger and measure the length in mm and refer to the circumference size of our sizing chart.

What is the purpose of your jewellery certificates?

All of our gold and diamond jewellery is accompanied with a certificate of authencity/appraisal.  This document states the karat of gold and a detailed description of the items purchased.   This paperwork is useful for any potential insurance claims.

You may choose a paperless option upon checkout, and all purchases will be saved under your client profile for any future reference.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Yes, we ship to Canada and the US.

What does shipment include?

All shipments are insured and require a signature upon receipt.

Due to COVID, Canada Post has adjusted their policy to avoid and minimize customer contact. Currently, signatures are not asked upon delivery and all items are left at your address or designated mail drop off location. Please be aware of when your item will be delivered to avoid valuable parcels being left unattended. You will receive tracking notifications from Canada Post.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact one of our representatives at your earliest convenience to inform us of any changes or cancellations.



What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns of unworn and undamaged items can be done within 14 days. No refunds, store credit only. Please see our Returns policy for further details.

How do I return an online order?

Please contact one of our representatives to confirm if your return is eligible. State the reason for your request. Once approved, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you. When the return is received and processed, a store credit will be completed.
