Yes, we try our best to keep track of previously purchased jewellery. By creating a profile online or in store, you will be able to track and keep tabs on all the orders you have placed.

All of our gold and diamond jewellery is accompanied with a certificate of authencity/appraisal. This document states the karat of gold and a detailed description of the items purchased. This paperwork is useful for any potential insurance claims.
You may choose a paperless option upon checkout, and all purchases will be saved under your client profile for any future reference.
Yes, we ship to the US.
All shipments are insured and require a signature upon receipt.

Returns of unworn and undamaged items can be done within 14 days. No refunds, store credit only. Please see our Returns Policy for further details.
Please contact one of our representatives to confirm if your return is eligible. State the reason for your request. Once approved, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you. When the return is received and processed, a store credit will be completed. Orders outside Canada are subject to a 20% restocking fee for returns or exchanges.
