Shipping

We offer shipping within Canada and the US only.  All orders are shipped by Canada Post or DHL.  Shipments are always insured and times vary according to the destination. Orders placed after 2pm will go out the next business day.  Couriers do not pick up on Friday-Monday.  Any order placed after 2pm on Thursday, will not go out until the following Tuesday. 

Please note, packages to the US may be subject to duties and taxes. Liberal Jewellery Ltd. is not responsible for duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Please note that a signature is always required on our insured shipments. All orders can be tracked following email your order’s email notifications.

Returns

All purchases, unless otherwise noted, can be returned within 14 days.  Items not eligible for return include the following:

• Worn merchandise
• Visible signs of wear or damage
• Items that have been engraved
• Have been sized or adjusted
• Custom orders

As we do not offer refunds, we are happy to offer store credit for future purchases.

Orders outside of Canada are subject to a 20% restocking fee for returns or exchanges.
