Shipping

We offer shipping within Canada and the US only.  All orders within Canada are shipped by Canada Post or UPS, and all US orders are shipped via DHL Express.  Shipments are always insured and times vary according to the destination. Orders placed after 2pm will go out the next business day.  Couriers do not pick up on Friday-Monday.  

Please note, packages to the US may be subject to duties, taxes and potential tariffs. Liberal Jewellery Ltd. is not responsible for either of these surcharges. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Please note that a signature is always required on our insured shipments. All orders can be tracked through your order’s email notifications.

Returns

All purchases, unless otherwise noted, can be returned within 14 days.  Store credit only, no refunds.  Items not eligible for return include the following:

• Worn merchandise
• Visible signs of wear or damage
• Items that have been engraved
• Have been sized or adjusted
• Custom orders

Shipping fees, duties, taxes or tariffs for all US returns are non refundable.  A $40 CDN handling fee will be deducted from the store credit.
