Our Lady of Fatima or Nossa Senhora de Fatima is perhaps one of the most venerated saints of Portugal. She is believed to bring protection and hope to those who are suffering during times of uncertainty. The medal is casted with the inscription "N. Senhora da Fatima" above the image of Our Lady and the three children; Francisco, Jacinta and Lucia.
